The latest version will always be available on our website or at our physical location.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
2.1. Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance through our website, phone, or in person. 2.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 2.3. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits paid. 2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice.
3. Payment and Pricing
3.1. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed in the shop. 3.2. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice. 3.3. All transactions are final; no refunds will be issued for completed services.
4. Conduct and Hygiene

Clients with contagious conditions (e.g., lice, skin infections) may be refused service for health and safety reasons.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 5.3. 6. Gift Cards and Promotions
6.1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 6.2. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be changed or revoked at any time. 6.3. Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
